Description: This lesson provides an illustrated reading passage titled Harvester of the Earth's Treasurers. It is about cooking with Geraldine R. Aguilla who is the head cook at San Simon School on the Tohono O'odham Reservation in the Sonoran Desert of southern Arizona. CAUTION: Check health and fire ordinances prior to cooking.
