Description: This lesson provides an illustrated reading passage that contains the reflections of William Tyson a native Eskimo. Tyson compares the Eskimo culture of yesterday and today. There is a worksheet that provides a series of questions. The students will read each sentence, or phrase, then choose the meaning of the underlined word they think is correct. After completing the worksheet, they will use a dictionary or map and to check their answers.
